Shipping Information

Shipping Costs and Information:

As standard, shipping of goods is only possible within Germany. Shipping is handled by DHL. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below. If you wish to have goods shipped to another country, please send us an email (info@unikart-studio.de) before placing an order, stating the item, quantity, delivery address, country, and corresponding postal code. We will then promptly inform you whether we can ship to the desired country and – should delivery to the desired address be possible – inform you of the shipping costs, as we need to inquire about shipping options and costs with our shipping partner beforehand.

Information on costs and delivery times

Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge per order

Standard shipping DHL:

DHL parcel/small parcel €4.90 Delivery time 1-3 days

For orders over €60, we ship free of charge within Germany.

Self-collection - €0.00 Collection on the next working day

 

Shipping to Switzerland 🇨🇭:

For shipping to Switzerland, we charge per order

Standard shipping DHL:

Goods Post International €10

We ship regularly to Switzerland.

Delivery is from Germany. Upon import, additional fees such as Swiss VAT and a processing fee from the shipping service provider may apply.

These fees are not charged by us and must be paid directly to the shipping service provider or the responsible authorities.

Processing usually happens automatically upon delivery.

 

If you order several items from us with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment will be the delivery time applicable to the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

 

Information on calculating the delivery date

The period for delivery begins, for payment in advance by bank transfer, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution, or for other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract, and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
