We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. Should an item arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods at: info@unikart-studio.de.

Please note the following return instructions:

🔁 Return Conditions:

  • Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • Personalized products (e.g., with names or custom text) are excluded from exchange and return, unless there is a defect or fault.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and, if possible, in their original packaging.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs:

  • For goods with a value up to 40 €, the buyer bears the return shipping costs.

  • If the value of the goods exceeds 40 €, we will cover the return shipping costs – unless it concerns personalized products for which no return is possible.
